Hi, I’m Carly! Adulting is not easy, and trust me when I say, I wholeheartedly get that. Throughout my personal journey, I've navigated anxiety, depression, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, relationship challenges, and the overwhelming sense of feeling lost. Through dedicated therapy and healing efforts, I've gained valuable tools and practices to face life's everyday hurdles and strive towards becoming the best version of myself. Now, I am enthusiastic and devoted to helping you on your own journey, ready to support you every step of the way.

My ideal clients are young adult men and women navigating the complexities of life changes and transitions. They may be struggling with self worth, romantic relationships, anxiety, stress, career, or just the everyday hurdles in life. As a relational therapist, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, and attachment-based therapy when working with clients.

My priority is creating a trusting, honest, non-judgmental and collaborative relationship. My goal is to empower you with the tools & confidence to understand your past, take ownership of your present & steps towards your ideal future. I take a kind & supportive yet direct approach.
